Request account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your Revi account and the personal data linked to it. Revi is operated by Promptertech Solutions LLP.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to team@promptertech.com from an email address you can access, or from the phone number registered on your Revi account.
- Use the subject line: Revi account deletion request.
- In the message, include the phone number used to sign in to Revi (required so we can verify the account).
- Optionally include your registered parent name to help us locate the account faster.
- We will verify that you own the account and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
What happens after you request deletion
- We process verified requests within 14 business days.
- Your account is permanently removed from our systems and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Any active subscription access ends when the account is deleted.
- After deletion, remove the Revi app from your device if you no longer wish to use it. Login tokens stored on your device are cleared when you uninstall the app or when the account is deleted on our servers.
Data that is deleted
When your Revi account is deleted, we permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

| AI generation history | Text prompts, generated questions, and technical image hashes from worksheet scans (worksheet photos themselves are not stored long-term) |
| Subscription records in Revi | Trial/paid plan status and payment reference IDs stored in our database |
Data that may be kept
The following data is not deleted by Revi because it is held outside our app database or required by law:

Data stored on your device
Revi may cache worksheets locally on your phone for offline use. Uninstalling the app removes this cached data from your device. We do not remotely wipe your device; you control local app data by uninstalling Revi.
