This Privacy Policy explains how Promptertech Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Revi mobile application and related services (the “Service”). Revi is an educational app that helps parents create worksheets and quizzes for their children.
By using Revi, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who this app is for
Revi is intended for parents and guardians. Parents create and manage child profiles and learning content. Children use the app under a parent’s account to take quizzes and practice worksheets.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the Service. As of today, this includes:
Parent account information
- Phone number — used to sign in via one-time password (OTP).
- Name — first name and last name provided during registration.
Child profile information (entered by the parent)
- Child’s name
- Class / grade
- Age (optional)
- Avatar and quiz theme preferences (in-app choices only, not a photo of the child)
Learning and app usage data
- Worksheets, questions, and subjects you create.
- Quiz results such as scores, answers, and progress linked to a child profile.
- Subscription status (for example trial or paid plan) and related payment reference IDs.
Worksheet photos (optional feature)
If you choose to scan a worksheet using your camera or photo library, the image is sent to our servers only to generate questions with AI. We do not permanently store the photo file in our database. We may keep a non-reversible technical hash of the image to avoid repeating the same AI work, along with the generated questions.
Text prompts (optional feature)
If you use AI question generation from text, the prompt you enter is processed to create questions. The prompt and generated output may be stored as part of your account’s generation history.
Information stored on your device
- Login tokens are stored securely on your device so you stay signed in.
- Some worksheet data may be cached on your device for offline access.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your email address, home address, or government ID.
- We do not collect photos or videos of your child’s face.
- We do not record or store voice recordings. Audio in the app is used only to play quiz feedback sounds on your device.
- We do not store your full payment card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment partner.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Create and manage your account and child profiles.
- Send OTP codes for login and security.
- Provide worksheets, quizzes, progress tracking, and AI-assisted question generation.
- Process subscriptions and verify payments.
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support you when you contact us.
- Comply with applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Service providers we use
To operate Revi, we use trusted third-party services that process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide the Service:
- Cloud hosting and database — to run our API and store account and learning data securely.
- SMS provider — to deliver login OTP codes to your phone number.
- Google Gemini (AI) — to process worksheet images or text prompts you submit for question generation. Content is sent for processing and is not used by us for advertising.
- Razorpay — to process subscription payments. Razorpay collects and processes payment information according to its own privacy policy.
- Google Play — when you install or update the app from the Play Store.
These providers are contractually or technically limited to providing their service to us. We do not authorize them to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.
5. How we protect your data
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Account data is stored in our secure database with access limited to systems required to run the Service.
- Login tokens on your device are stored using the platform’s secure storage.
- OTP codes are short-lived and removed after verification.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
- Account and child profile data is kept while your account is active.
- Quiz and worksheet data is kept so you can view history and progress.
- OTP codes are deleted shortly after use or expiry.
- Worksheet photos submitted for AI scanning are processed and not kept as image files after processing.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 12) or by using our account deletion request page.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information (for example by editing your profile in the app).
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Children’s privacy
Child profiles are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. We collect only the limited child information described in Section 2 (such as name and class) and use it solely to provide the learning features of the app. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is needed for the Service.
If you believe we have collected information improperly, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Permissions on your device
Revi may request the following permissions:
- Camera and photos — only if you choose to scan a worksheet image for AI question generation.
- Internet access — required to sync account data and worksheets.
You can deny camera or photo access and still use most features of the app.
10. International processing
Our servers and service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and change the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
